Agents can access their account via the web by logging in at www.shareworks.solium.com with their Morgan Stanley at Work username and password.
The Dashboard displays the Total Portfolio Value, Tasks, Past Events, and Future Events.
Tasks will present the ability to adjust Agent Equity Program participation and accept stock award grants.
Past Events show transfers, dividend payments, purchases, award grants and any other events.
At the base of the Dashboard for US agents, will be a Your investment accounts link which can be used to access E*TRADE.
The Portfolio displays Stock Awards and Share Purchase and Holdings.
Stock Awards includes any awards that are outstanding (in the process of vesting), as well as, vested awards.
To view the status, vested or forfeit awards, select the Account Summary tab on the Awards table.
Share Purchase and Holdings displays your Agent Equity Program purchases and vested awards. Select (details) next to eXp World Holdings, Inc. – NASDAQ to view a breakdown of purchases or awards.
The Activity displays any actions that have taken place (vested awards, sales or transfers).
The Reports subtab within the Activity tab can be used to pull Account Statements.
The Documents section contains Account Statements, Plan Documents, Grant Agreements and Tax Forms.
If you are a Non-US agent, the Documents tab also contains a Tax Supplement prepared under Guides and General Reference.
Select the Tax Documents subtab to pull tax documents prepared by Morgan Stanley.

You must first change your password within your Morgan Stanley at Work profile prior to leaving eXp. Please note your account number to log in and update your email address for the delivery of notifications.
All equity programs are governed by eXp World Holdings, Inc.’s (“EXPI”) 2015 Equity Incentive Plan as summarized in our 2015 EIP S-8 Prospectus, or the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, as summarized in our 2024 EIP S-8 Prospectus (each of the 2015 Equity Incentive Plan and the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, a “Plan” and together, the “Plans”).
Pursuant to the Plans, the Agent Growth Incentive Program and Agent Equity Program are subject to modification or termination at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
If an agent has otherwise achieved one or more eligibility requirements to receive an award under the ICON Program, but the eligible agent, through no fault of his or her own or due to extreme or extenuating circumstances, should be unable to fulfill one or more remaining eligibility requirements, alternative eligibility requirements may be provided to such agent; such alternative eligibility requirements must be equal in effort to the requirement being substituted and otherwise compliant with the applicable Plan.
Ownership of shares issued under the equity programs may come with associated costs imposed by third parties, including but not limited to, fees that may be imposed by a stockbroker, financial services broker of agent’s choosing, or others.
EXPI has adopted an Insider Trading Policy that prohibits employees, directors, agents, and brokers from trading in EXPI stock based on material nonpublic information and from disclosing this information to others who may trade.
