– The LOI is intended for Team Leaders, Brokers, Broker Owners, and Office Managers who intend to have their agents and/or team members join eXp Realty prior to their own transition. 

– LOI allows time for a Team Leader, Broker, Broker Owner, or Office Manager to wrap up their book of business at their current brokerage. 

– LOI allows agents to name the person on an LOI as their sponsor, holding their revenue share position until their license transfer is completed. 

– While on an LOI, the agent will not receive revenue share, however, their upline will receive revenue share depending on the production of the agent(s). 

– LOI’s are valid for up to 90-Days maximum 

Policy & Procedure

Letter of Intent (LOI) Form

– Cap Deferments are designed for agents who have capped at their current brokerage (meaning they have met the annual maximum amount in required commission splits with their current brokerage and are now receiving the full gross commission income earned on each transaction they close) and who desire to continue to receive the full gross commission income, without any commission split with eXp Realty, on transactions they close. 

This form to be completed for U.S. Agents to allow access for their Assistant/TC access to Skyslope and eXp World. Please read below before completing the form. The Agent needs to be fully Onboarded and active before filling out the form.

Unlicensed Assistant/TCs – a $30 set up fee and $30 a month fee charged to the eXp Realty agent on the Support Personnel Fee contract. This will include an eXp email with eXp world access.

Licensed Assistant/TCs – If the Assistant/TC is using an eXp Realty email address with their existing SkySlope account, there will be no monthly fee or set up fee for Assistant/TC SkySlope access.

Transactions Coordinator (TC) Form

The purpose of the eXp Commercial Academy is to help less experienced agents, or ‘Junior Agents’, learn the fundamentals of starting and building a successful real estate career with eXp Commercial. This entails educating the Junior Agent in order to meet the requirements, graduate, and move towards their apprenticeship within the Advisor Program. Following completion of the eXp Commercial Academy training program, eXp Commercial Agents will transition to the Advisor Program for ongoing mentoring and transaction supervision.

The purpose of the Mentor Program is to help less eXperienced agents learn the basic fundamentals of starting and building a successful real estate career in Commercial Real Estate. The Mentor helps the Mentee to meet the production requirements to graduate from the Mentor Program.
