The Mentor Program provides newly licensed Agents with a partner and a path to gain the fundamental knowledge needed to start and build a successful real estate career. Each new agent, known as the mentee, is paired with an experienced agent, known as the mentor, who has been certified through the Mentor Program.
Certified Mentors must apply and complete eXp Realty’s Mentor Certification process, making a commitment to help new agents acquire the fundamental knowledge necessary to start and build a successful real estate career. Mentors will be eligible to receive remuneration from mentees for this assistance.
A mentee is an Agent who has not completed three purchase Transactions or sale Transactions (or any combination thereof) within the twelve (12) month period
immediately preceding the Agent’s Onboard Date with eXp. Each new Agent is paired with an experienced Agent who is a state broker-approved Certified Mentor shortly after the new Agent’s license is transferred to eXp Realty, as well as enrolled in an 8-week rolling educational course. To graduate from the Mentor Program, mentees must close all required transactions and meet all graduation requirements
Agents who are joining a Team may qualify for a waiver based on your Team type. For more information please read the Teams section in the Mentor Program manual.
