Personal advertising and advertising listings are the responsibility and expense of the associate. Alabama law states that you must have all signatures of all owners of property to market. AREC has strict guidelines and fines regarding advertising. It is the responsibility of each agent to meet those guidelines. AREC requires all advertising to be under the supervision of your sponsoring broker. You must submit all new advertising templates for approval to avoid sanction by the AREC. If you do not submit your advertising for approval, and you are issued a citation or fine by the AREC, the broker will receive a matching fine and you will be responsible for the broker fine. FAILURE TO SUBMIT TO BROKER FOR APPROVAL WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MATCHING FINE AND ALSO BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION.

Agents must comply with all Real Estate Licensing Laws, Fair Housing, Rules & Regulations, and all other regulations of the State of Alabama. Failure to do so may be cause for suspension of your License, revocation of your license as prescribed by the Alabama Real Estate Commission and termination of your license with eXp Realty.
