State Specific Marketing Compliance...

On all marketing, advertising, signs, business cards, websites, social media, email signature; the following must be included:

  • Your name, team name or registered DBA/Fictitious Name.
  • Your Real Estate License number
  • Our Approved eXp Realty logo.
  • If you are using a Team Name, DBA or personal logo, our eXp logo must be as prominent as yours.
  • If multiple agent names are being used, all Real Estate License numbers must be included.

Real Estate License numbers must be easy to locate and cannot be the smallest font used on the item.

You may only use the Approved eXp Realty logos.
