It is important to understand the state laws regarding advertising. Agents should submit design approval to the Designated Managing Broker before ordering any signs, business cards, promotional materials, etc. All advertising must contain the brokerage phone number and it must be the same size or larger than any other phone number that is displayed. The phone number for agents in the Ridgeland office is 601-455-0101; The phone number for agents in all other branch offices is 855-647-7397.

If the client would like to wire the earnest money into eXp’s escrow account, they may do so by using the wiring instructions below. An agent may share this PDF document with their clients. Do not alter this document or write the instructions in any other format.

Wells Fargo Deposits for Trust Account:
If a client would like to make a cash or check deposit at a Wells Fargo location, they may do so using the account number located on the above wiring instructions. Make sure they know to get a deposit slip so that you can give it to the Trust Accounting Department to properly account for the funds. eXp agents are never authorized to accept cash from a client for any purpose, including earnest money deposits.
FTNI Mobile Desposit:
FTNI Mobile Deposit App: When the client decides to write a check for their earnest money, those funds must be deposited into eXp Realty’s escrow account using the FTNI mobile app within 24 hours after the agent receives the check for an accepted contract. The FTNI mobile app is used to deposit eXp Realty held escrow funds. A training course is required before login credentials will be issued.
