State Specific Marketing Compliance...
As of January 1 2021, Principal Broker approval is no longer required by the Oregon Real Estate Agency for individual advertising and marketing. It is now the responsibility of the individual agents to make sure their advertising is in legal compliance. This is an incredible time saver for you. HOWEVER, it is also your responsibility to know the rules. If you are not sure if your marketing or advertising is compliant, Brian and/or I are more than happy to take a look. All marketing material still needs to be submitted to eXp Marketing for Brand approval, [email protected]. Principal Broker approval for advertising is not required.
