State Specific Marketing Compliance...

Wisconsin Statute 452.136 Advertising by Licensees states that the firm’s name as used in advertising shall be clear and conspicuous. Our brokerage name is required on all advertising and signage. The use of the broker’s telephone number is not required, therefore, it is permissible for an agent to place his or her own telephone number on a sign or in advertising so long as the brokerage name appears.
