Team/Brokerage Transition Process 

Make Sure to Scroll Down for Each Step 

  • Schedule a meeting with Growth or Team Services to discuss team details. Expect a meeting invite with further instructions.

 

 

  • Expect a meeting invite to discuss the team structure and policies.
  • Review production requirements and finalize team structure approval and name.

 

  • eXp Self-Organized Team Structure:
    • Completed Team Roster

 

  • eXp Standard or Mega Icon Team Structure: 
    • Completed Team Roster
    • Proof of Production to include the collective past 12 months closed units and volume for anyone joining the team within eXp

 

  • eXp Domestic Team Team Structure: 
    • Completed Team Roster

Proof of Marriage (Provide either a marriage certificate, marriage license, or copy of the first page of filed federal tax return showing filing status as married.)

  • Standard and Mega Teams: A Team Leader Addendum is sent to the Team Leader.
  • Self-Organized Teams: No Team Agreement is required. Once Team Services is notified, the team is created.

Sample Team Agreements

 

The team is officially created in Enterprise after the Team Leader Addendum is signed.

  • Team agreements are sent to team members for applicable team structures.
  • For Self-Organized Teams, agents are added after Team Services is notified.

 

Once all team agreements are signed, agents are added to the team.
