  1. Visit eXp World, a next-generation metaverse platform that runs directly from web browsers. This move aims to enhance the modern real estate experience by offering a powerful, user-friendly web-based platform for collaboration, networking, and business development. 

The motivation behind this shift is to make the virtual world more accessible to a wider audience. With eXp World, users can easily join from any device without downloads and can benefit from features like customizable spaces, 360-degree photos, 3D models, and Google Street View integration. This change underscores eXp Realty's commitment to fostering inclusivity, convenience, and a more agent-centric virtual experience.

Broker Tasks

  1. Attend your state broker orientation and meet the Brokers. 


  1. Make sure to join an Association of Realtors (AOR)/Multiple Listing Services (MLS) within the first few days.  

Upon affiliating your real estate license with eXp Realty, it is imperative that you promptly become a full member of a Local Association/Board of REALTORS or update the Association roster within a few days of completing your Onboarding process.

  • Determine your Local Board & MLS affiliation if you have not done so already.   

  • Pay your board and MLS dues and complete any required New Agent Orientation as soon as possible.  

  • Attend the entry-level class for your MLS. 

  • Purchase a lockbox if they are not supplied by your Local Board or MLS.

  • Visit or call your Association office and learn about committees and other ways you can become involved.

Setup your Twilio

Twilio is a phone number and personal extension to utilize for your business. Once you are activated in eXp, you are automatically assigned an extension to go with your State Office number. This is an alias extension that will forward to your personal phone. 


  • In order to obtain your extension please visit Expert Care

  • Hours of service: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET / 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET / 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT.

  • Note that some states require a business number on marketing materials, such as business cards, so check with your State Broker Team for compliance in your state.

Order Marketing Materials:


Agent Starter Kit: 250 business cards and digital business card options, 15 presentation folders, a welcome booklet with important resources, an eXp Realty sticker and a branded mug. Below are the steps to access the Agent Starter Kit:


IMPORTANT NOTE: Use promo code EXPNEWAGENTWELCOMECREDIT to apply the discount manually. This Agent Starter Kit will also include your business cards.


  1. Click HERE to access the Build A Sign website. Login using your eXp Passport username and password. 

  2. Click “New Agent Starter Kit” in the top left corner.  

  3. Scroll down and click the orange “BUY NOW” button (don’t worry- the New Agent Starter kit comes at no cost to applicable agents, discount will be applied once in your shopping cart).

  4. Choose your preferred business card design from the 8 options. Click “Continue”.

  5. Design the front and back of your business card using the intuitive design tool.  

  6. Click “Save and Continue”. All the contents of the New Agent Starter Kit have now been added to your shopping cart, but ONLY the business card will be displayed. This is normal. 

  7. If you need to go back and edit your design, click “Edit Design” from the shopping cart where you will be able to edit the front and back separately.

  8. If you need to checkout at a later time and don’t want to lose your design, your design will be saved in your shopping cart for 7-10 days. 

  9. Your shopping cart total will show $0 balance. (In order for the credit to apply appropriately, please ensure there are no other products in your shopping cart except for the New Agent Start Kit)

Note: It can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your business cards once its been ordered
