Recommendations to Maximize your Potential and Optimize your Real Estate Business for Success Using kvCORE:
Begin by incorporating your sphere of influence, including friends and family, as well as any existing leads into the kvCORE platform. You can accomplish this either by manually adding each contact or by utilizing the “bulk lead import” feature within the lead engine section. For bulk imports, ensure your contacts are in a CSV format, which can be obtained by exporting them from their current location. Once uploaded, you have the option to handle the CSV spreadsheet yourself or entrust the kvCORE lead import team to complete the process on your behalf. Please note that the imported contacts typically appear within approximately three days.
2. Engage with Email Marketing:
Leverage the power of kvCORE’s email system to communicate with your database effectively. Craft engaging emails and dispatch them to your contacts to maintain a consistent connection. By establishing a follow-up plan, you can prevent potential leads from slipping through the cracks. After all, it would be counterproductive to put in the effort to acquire a lead only to let it go to waste, right?
3. Implement Smart Campaigns:
Take advantage of kvCORE’s intelligent campaign feature, which automates the delivery of texts, emails, and calls to your leads. This system ensures a steady drip of communication without requiring manual effort on your part. By automating your processes, you remain at the forefront of your leads’ minds while freeing up your valuable time. This becomes particularly crucial when dealing with Zillow or kvCORE-generated leads.
