It provides comprehensive management from lead generation to contract, including web and IDX, listing promotion, transaction integration, and more. Recommendations to Maximize your Potential and Optimize your Real Estate Business for Success Using kvCORE:

  1. Integrate Your Network: 

Begin by incorporating your sphere of influence, including friends and family, as well as any existing leads into the kvCORE platform. You can accomplish this either by manually adding each contact or by utilizing the “bulk lead import” feature within the lead engine section. For bulk imports, ensure your contacts are in a CSV format, which can be obtained by exporting them from their current location. Once uploaded, you have the option to handle the CSV spreadsheet yourself or entrust the kvCORE lead import team to complete the process on your behalf. Please note that the imported contacts typically appear within approximately three days.  

2. Engage with Email Marketing: 

Leverage the power of kvCORE’s email system to communicate with your database effectively. Craft engaging emails and dispatch them to your contacts to maintain a consistent connection. By establishing a follow-up plan, you can prevent potential leads from slipping through the cracks. After all, it would be counterproductive to put in the effort to acquire a lead only to let it go to waste, right?  

3. Implement Smart Campaigns: 

Take advantage of kvCORE’s intelligent campaign feature, which automates the delivery of texts, emails, and calls to your leads. This system ensures a steady drip of communication without requiring manual effort on your part. By automating your processes, you remain at the forefront of your leads’ minds while freeing up your valuable time. This becomes particularly crucial when dealing with Zillow or kvCORE-generated leads.

  1. Reach out to your mentor, sponsor and/or Team Leader and ask them about the following:

  • Useful CRM’S & Apps to Download 

  • Marketing/Social Media Tips

  • Newsletter Recommendation 

  • Recommended Classes (internal/external)

  • Time Blocking Your Calendar

  • Upcoming Team Meetings or Events

  1. Reach out to your broker team and ask them about the following:

  • Setup your Trello Account/Google Drive (Depends on the State Broker)

  • Lockbox (This comes from the Real Estate Board that you are a member of)

  • Contract Compliance Training (if needed)

Promote Yourself On Social Media (Optional)

IMPORTANT: Submit ALL marketing materials for review to your designated broker team via email

1. Have the SAME professional profile picture on ALL your social media platforms

2. Create bio/about section and add your website link to ALL of your social media platforms

3. Ensure your websites are up-to-date with eXp and actively promote your realtor status on ALL relevant business social media platforms

4. Create an agent profile on the following websites:

  • Realtor.com   ➡ Click ‘Sign Up’ > Scroll Down to ‘Are You a Real Estate Agent?’ > Create An Account
  • Zillow ➡ Click ‘Sign In’ > New Account > Enter your Info > Click ‘I Am A Landlord or Industry Professional’
  • Homes.com  ➡ Click ‘Register’ > Click ‘Are you an Agent? Register’ > Select Your MLS

5. Learn the algorithm from ALL of your social media platforms

  • Search on what content to post and how consistent you will need to be
  • Learn what day of the week you should post
  • Learn what popular hashtags to use for your post
  • Interact with your audience/followers (like, comment, msg, etc..)

6. Create and Schedule Content for Social Media: 

  • Post on Instagram and/or Facebook stories and interact with your audience 
  • Schedule your social media posts in advance (feature available on Instagram and Facebook)

  • Get involved with your community and attend networking events and local events
  • Become a member of a Real Estate Association
